The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the AAS and is responsible for the management, direction, and control of the affairs and the property of the AAS. The official record of Board actions and resolutions is kept in the AAS Secretary's Office.

Strategic Plan

The AAS Strategic Assembly recently completed a lengthy strategic planning process, and we are pleased to announce a new strategic plan to guide our organization over the next five years.

The Society will review its goals annually at the Board of Trustees and Strategic Assembly meetings and will make modifications and add action items as needs arise.
